Horncastle crossing petition..We need your support

There has been a need for a crossing on Charlotte St ever since the Horncastle building was opened to students at Hull College in 2003. A very large number of students cross over this road to access two buildings at the Queens Gardens site, the Tower Block and the Horncastle Building.
